A Redeemed Marriage
I, nor my husband, grew up in the church. We didn’t get saved after we were married. Although we went to church, faithfully served, read the Bible, prayed, and “did” the Christian disciplines, we only had a surface relationship with God. For years we were stuck, struggling with guilt, shame and condemnation, and lacked confidence in discerning God’s voice.
My life radically changed in 2005, when our marriage appeared dead: we separated and filed for divorce. In desperation, I cried out to know God intimately instead of just “about” Him, to make me whole and my life significant. God met me where I was at and I experienced His unconditional love in a transforming way. I began an amazing journey of discovering my identity in Christ and power of the Holy Spirit. My husband saw how God radically changed my heart and began his own journey of genuinely knowing Him. As we both turned our hearts toward God, He redeemed us and we reconciled after six months. Only by God’s grace and mercy did we not get divorced! ~There is hope and healing for every situation, and we are living proof!
Although we had reconciled, we still struggled. We wanted to become the people God created us to be, but we needed mentors and teachers to help us grow.
In 2011, my husband, Fred exited his executive career, we sold everything and moved to Colorado Springs to go to Bible school, not to go into ministry to to go “all in” to know God and discover our purpose. For two years we studied the Bible and experienced many miracles and healings. We learned how to live empowered by allowing God’s life to live through us instead of striving to live “for” Him.
We have been married for over 29 years and have amazing fraternal twin boys, whom are in college. In 2017, we created Snyder Ministries, a non-profit ministry where we equip Believers to grow spiritually and activate their identity in Christ.

A Transformation Specialist
I was born and raised in Michigan, then after college began moving around the country non-stop. I have moved 21 times in the past 30 years, lived in six states (PA, MO, CO, AZ, MI, FL), owned and renovated our 8 homes. No, my husband is not in the military, rather a sales executive in the home building industry.
I am a Mid-West girl at heart, but we recently moved to St. Petersburg, Florida. I have finally traded in my snow boots for flip-flops! I love being outdoors, fishing with my guys, and encouraging people to live their best life.
I understand the transformation process on a deep level – whether its one’s house or personal life. I personally renovated eight of my own homes, was a kitchen designer and helped hundreds of others; am a minister, life coach, mentor, wife and mom of twins. I also understand the power of vision, as I am a self-taught acrylic artist who loves creating wall canvas & unique hand-painted rocks. They make fun & unique gifts. If interested, I do commissioned work on a limited basis.
For the past fifteen years, I have been teaching and mentoring others to confidently understand and apply God’s Word to every area of their life. I have been a speaker in many churches, conferences and groups, led weekly gatherings in our home, and created & taught my own Bible studies. I have led several retreats to help women get refreshed and equipped to live the life God intends for them.
Acrylic Artist
Several years ago, I learned how to paint with acrylics by watching some YouTube videos. It has become a fun hobby of expressing my creativity. I paint on canvas and love selecting rocks out of Lake Michigan to painting unique gifts.
Here is a sample of my artwork:
